William O'Brien

William O’Brien is the Chief Operating Officer of SERV Centers of NJ, a division of SERV Behavioral Heath System, Inc.  As COO, he is responsible for the development, management and delivery of SERV Centers’ programs and operations throughout five counties in New Jersey.  Mr. O’Brien received his B.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University and his M.A. in Counseling from Pepperdine University.  He has more than thirty-five years experience in management and operations in behavioral healthcare including hospital and community based settings.   He has experience overseeing residential, partial care, inpatient, outpatient and mobile outreach programs supporting adult, adolescents and children.  Mr. O’Brien has been with SERV since 2001.
