Adult Community Support & Behavioral Health Services

It is more than just housing that enables individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disability to live independently in the community.  Our Adult Behavioral Services provide residential, community-based psychiatric rehabilitation and support services to adults focusing on wellness, recovery and community inclusion.  Positions available:

Program Manager - Union County

LCSW or LPC with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a mental health setting.    LSW or LAC within 1 year of clinical licensure may be considered.  This position is responsible for the daily operations and clinical oversight of the supportive housing program including program development and implementation, the provision of evidenced-based practices as well as staff development and supervision.

Youth Services

The Youth Programs assist the state’s most vulnerable youth.  Our shelters, treatment/group homes, and independent living programs create a safe, nurturing environment where the youth receive therapeutic services, assistance with learning independent living skills, and case management. 

 

Clinical Specialist – Jersey City/Wayne

LCSW or LPC with 2 years experience providing clinical treatment to adolescents.  Responsibilities include:  leading client treatment and individual service plans from intake through discharge;  providing individual and group therapy; and providing on-call crisis intervention and support. 

 Family Parent(s) - Live-In Position(s) – Passaic County

Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience working with adolescents in a treatment home setting.  This individual or couple will be responsible for the supervision of 5 adolescent boys with mental health diagnoses.  Knowledge of psychotropic medication is also preferred and well as a valid state driver’s license with a good driving history.
