Collaborative Support Programs of NJ (CSP-NJ), not-for-profit organization directed, managed and staffed through the collaborative efforts of mental health consumers, survivors and non-consumers, seeks Full-time Support Service Workers based out of Salem and Eatontown, NJ.  Responsibilities: provide supportive housing services to tenants diagnosed with mental illness; assist program tenants’ re-establish valued roles in the community.  Work in a variety of ways to promote self-sufficiency.  Qualifications: B.S. in related field or AA in related field with 4 years of direct service work experience. Excellent written and verbal skills, strong assessment skills and organizational skills are a must.  Ability to manage crisis; strong computer skills; valid NJ drivers’ license a must. Peer Wellness Coach, Partial Care Program: Posted 7/19/10
This position will support projects improving health outcomes for persons living with mental illness. The position offers coaching support services as part of a team of healthcare providers. Will be responsible to collaborate and support people to develop individual nutrition, exercise and other healthcare plans, and then support persons to follow up on self-indentified activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, Experience providing paid or unpaid wellness coaching to persons in recovery,  Basic familiarity with word processing and data entry skills.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Peer Wellness Certification through UMDNJ-SHRP Department of Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions, NJ Drivers License
