Thank you for making the decision to attend NJ's Premier Training Event: The 2009 NJPRA Annual Conference! Registrations will not be processed until payment is received.  If payment is received after the early registration deadline, late fees will apply.  Online registrations are for credit card orders only. 

If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please click here to download the paper registration form.  You can complete print it out and mail in with your payment.

REFUND POLICY: All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. Refund requests received by:
10/23/09 - 100% refund (minus $25)
10/30/09 - 50% refund (minus $25)
After 10/30/09 - no refund

Option 1: Individual Members are those individuals that have joined NJPRA or USPRA as an individual and are currently a member in good standing.

Option 2: Advocate members are individuals who have joined NJPRA and are consumers of mental health services, family members or full time students who are not working in a professional capacity.

Option 3: Staff who are currently working for an Organizational Member but not individual members may register for this reduced rate.

Option 4: Non-Members do not have any affiliation with NJPRA.
